In a nut shell

Blood Will Tell

After twenty years of working and running businesses in industrial services, I left it all behind in 2015. Now, I only maintain a small trading company as a reminder of that past. During my final years in the industry, thanks to Annemarie, my life partner, I began training with mentors like Reinoud Eleveld. Before long, in a surprisingly pleasant way, my old worldview was shattered. Apparently, it was time for something new.

Breaking Free

In the meantime, I have trained with many more wonderful teachers, and some I’m still learning from. These include Dirkje Veltman, Ahamkara, Gilles Marin, Marijke Schneider-Blomjous, Henne Arnolt Verschuuren, Heluo, Darma, Dougles Chen, and others, both in the Netherlands and abroad.

From Pawn to Player: From Entrepreneur to Coach, Trainer, and Practitioner

These training experiences showed me that we have far more control over our lives than we think, while simultaneously being more influenced by our past than I had realized. I’ve gained a much deeper appreciation for the interplay of body, awareness, and spirit. Applying this knowledge for myself and helping others benefit from it is now my focus.

Flow

Learning how to use no force can make you stronger, faster, more effective, and truer to yourself. This principle is at the heart of my coaching, training, and occasional treatments. Without connection, there is no flow in your life, relationships, business, or achievements.

Drive and Approach

I enjoy sharing insights and knowledge, helping people who are eager to break through patterns and overcome stagnation.

How Can I Help?

My approach involves uncovering authenticity in detail and adjusting behavior, awareness, and skills to capitalize on that authenticity. I offer advice on challenges that involve both simple and complex insights, considering timing and feasibility. I use BaZi and Qi Men Dun Jia, sometimes complemented by Character Structures and North Node insights, as well as traditional Taoist wisdom and knowledge. Occasionally, I draw from personal experience.

Though I don’t often perform treatments anymore, I am happy to refer others when I think it can help. In specific cases, I still perform treatments myself.

What Works Best

The techniques I use have a long track record of proven effectiveness. When I encounter better techniques, I am usually eager to learn them.

For Whom?

I often say I have a soft spot for entrepreneurs, professionals, and athletes because we understand each other. However, in practice, it turns out that everyone is an entrepreneur in their own way, and anyone seeking more fulfillment in life is welcome!

What Is the Aspiration?

To live a fulfilled and grateful life. To contribute to clarity of thought and well-being. To provide people with tools to get more out of life.
